Interstate Customers
Firearms purchased by customers outside Queensland must be transferred through an appropriately licensed firearms dealer in accordance with the laws of the destination State or Territory.
Where required, firearms will be sent to a licensed receiving dealer nominated by the purchaser, who will complete the applicable transfer procedures.
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring they are legally eligible to acquire and possess the firearm.
