By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using our website and Services.
1. Eligibility and Legal Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase firearms, ammunition, knives and other age-restricted products, subject to applicable Australian laws.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All information supplied to us is accurate, complete and current.
- You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered.
- You meet all applicable age, licensing and identification requirements.
- You will comply with all relevant Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation.
- You will provide any documentation reasonably required to verify your eligibility.
We reserve the right to request additional identification, licensing information or supporting documentation before accepting or dispatching an order.
2. Product Information and Availability
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability and may be changed, updated or withdrawn without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and other information are accurate. However, images are provided for illustrative purposes and minor variations in appearance, packaging, colour or presentation may occur.
We reserve the right to:
- Discontinue or modify product listings.
- Limit the quantity of products available for purchase.
- Correct errors or omissions in product descriptions.
- Decline orders for products that are unavailable or discontinued.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we will contact you regarding the available options, including a refund where appropriate.
3. Pricing and Taxes
Unless otherwise indicated, all prices displayed on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
While we take reasonable care to maintain accurate pricing, occasional errors may occur due to technical issues, supplier changes or administrative mistakes.
If we identify an incorrect price before dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you of the issue. You may then choose to:
- Receive a full refund of any amount paid; or
- Proceed with the purchase at the corrected price, subject to your agreement.
Any written quotation provided by us remains valid for fourteen (14) calendar days unless a different validity period is specified.
Shipping charges and other applicable fees will be displayed or communicated before the order is finalised.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order through our website does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.
An order may only be accepted after the relevant requirements have been satisfied, including:
- Confirmation of product availability.
- Receipt or approval of the required payment.
- Verification of licences and identification where applicable.
- Completion of any legally required checks.
- Confirmation that the transaction can lawfully proceed.
We reserve the right to decline, suspend or cancel an order where:
- The requested product is unavailable.
- An incorrect price or product description has been displayed.
- Required documentation has not been provided.
- The purchaser does not meet applicable legal requirements.
- A payment is declined or cannot be verified.
- Fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorised activity is identified.
Where payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, any refund due will be processed using an appropriate payment method, subject to applicable law.
5. Payment Conditions
Payment must generally be received in full within three (3) calendar days of placing an online order, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
Orders remaining unpaid after this period may be cancelled, and reserved stock may be made available to other customers.
Customers who require additional time to complete payment should contact us before the payment deadline.
We reserve the right to verify payment details and request additional information where reasonably necessary to protect against fraudulent transactions.
6. Special Orders
Certain products may be ordered specifically at a customer’s request.
Special orders may require a minimum deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the purchase price unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The outstanding balance must generally be paid within fourteen (14) days after notification that the goods have arrived or are ready for collection or dispatch.
If the customer fails to complete payment within the agreed period, we may cancel the order.
Where permitted by law, we may deduct reasonable costs actually incurred in connection with supplier charges, administration or restocking. Any deduction from a deposit must comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
Special order conditions will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
7. Lay-By Arrangements
Lay-by arrangements may be offered on selected products at our discretion.
Unless otherwise agreed, the following conditions apply:
- A minimum deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) is required.
- The maximum lay-by period is eight (8) weeks from the agreed commencement date.
- Regular fortnightly payments are required.
- The outstanding balance must be paid in full before the goods are released.
Failure to meet the agreed payment schedule may result in cancellation of the lay-by arrangement.
Where a customer cancels or defaults, any cancellation or administration charges will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian laws. Any permitted charge must be reasonable and proportionate to the costs incurred.
Any remaining balance will be refunded where required by law.
8. Shipping and Freight Charges
Shipping fees are calculated according to factors including:
- Delivery destination.
- Parcel dimensions and weight.
- Freight carrier requirements.
- Special handling or transportation requirements.
Our standard minimum shipping charge is $13.00 AUD unless otherwise stated.
Oversized, bulky or unusually heavy products may attract additional freight costs.
Where additional freight charges apply, we will communicate the relevant costs before finalising the order.
Customers purchasing large or bulky items are encouraged to request a freight quotation before completing their purchase.
9. Delivery and Dispatch
Orders are dispatched using Australia Post, eParcel or another suitable freight or courier service, depending on the nature of the goods and delivery destination.
Some deliveries may require a signature or additional identity verification upon receipt.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Depending on product availability, destination and carrier arrangements, delivery may take up to twenty-eight (28) days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, transport interruptions or regulatory restrictions.
Where an order experiences a significant delay, customers should contact us for an update.

Customers will be advised of any applicable collection or shipping restrictions before an order is completed.
